Working on non-renewals and clients who are otherwise ineligible with their previous markets, I find guidelines change very frequently and I dedicated a good portion of my day to keeping my spreadsheet w guidelines as current as possible and sending regular memos to the rest of the team regarding updates on guidelines, and advising/collaborating with staff members on guidelines for different risks.
